Alexandra “Sasha” Deptula, PTA, MS, LAT, ATC received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Montgomery College in 2015. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at Duquesne University and a Master of Science degree in Health at Middle Tennessee State University. She has been practicing as a Certified Athletic Trainer at several area schools since 2005 and specializes in working with middle school, high school, and college aged athletes. She draws on her educational and professional experiences to provide unique and skillful treatment to her patients through individualized treatment regimes and muscle energy and trigger point manual therapy treatment techniques.
When Sasha is not at work, she enjoys assisting with the youth program at her church, reading, running, learning how to dance, and a variety of spontaneous activities. She has a keen interest in the psychological aspect of pain and would like to further explore the functions and corrective manipulation of the human fascial system.
