In addition to Bethesda Physiocare, Jan Dommerholt has founded Myopain Seminars together with Dr. Robert Gerwin. Myopain Seminars is the premier post-graduate continuing education company in the United States, with a focus on myofascial pain syndrome, manual trigger point therapy, and trigger point dry needling/injections.

Myopain has two major programs:

The Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series^SM
The Travell Series includes hands-on continuing education workshops designed for licensed healthcare practitioners, including physicians and physician assistants, dentists, physical therapists and physical therapy assistants, chiropractors, occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants, massage therapists, acupuncturists, nurses, and nurse practitioners.

Focus on Pain Conference
This unique, interdisciplinary conference highlights current research and clinical management of chronic pain of musculoskeletal, myofascial, and neuropathic origin.
